I haven't done one of these in a while, and man, how I've missed it! I love sharing cute collages of my favorite things. This one is all about New Year's Eve party makeup! Now, I'm not one to say there are "rules" when it comes to makeup, but I'm pretty sure glitter (or at least shimmer) on NYE is mandatory.
