1.) Lightly exfoliate
2.) Apply lip balm. Blot off excess.
3.) Apply nude liner around natural lip line.
4.) Fill in lips with nude liner.
5.) Apply color with lip brush. Blot. Apply a second coat.
6.) Swipe concealer or powder around the edges of the lips.
It's as easy as that!
