Paper Crafting for Baby

easy scrapbooking ideas
I've started my second scrapbook! Earlier this year, I made a lovey dovey marriage scrapbook that you can take a peek at HERE. This time, I'm making one for our little guy. I just started it last night so I still have a lot of work to do. I'm pretty sure that this one is going to be a work in progress for at least the next year. I want him to see all of the fun stuff we've been doing while he is in my belly and before he can form his own memories.

I love using cute stickers and Becky Higgins - Project Life colorful cardstock to add extra excitement and color to my pages. Since I started scrapbooking (back in February) I find myself buying scrap paper, stickers, and other random crafty things all the time. I just love it. Hobby Lobby and Etsy are definitely my BFF's.

Our Marriage Smash Book

I've been wanting to put our wedding/new beginnings smash book together for a long time, but I just never really got around to it until now. Honestly, I don't know why I put it off because it's sooo much fun to make! I love being able to put all the magazine/newspaper clippings, photos, vow letters, and advice cards all in one place... instead of being scattered around the house. I'm far from being finished with this little project, but that's the beauty of this little binder... I can add new pages to it as our life goes on!

You can get this cute binder here and the wedding scrapping paper here!
We were given LOTS of advice. Mostly silly, but things we still take to heart.
Yes, we met on Facebook. Even though we already knew of each other and had tons of mutual friends,  our paths never really crossed. We wrote each other personal vows and each read them while we got ready, but we did not recite them out loud. I thought it would be more special to keep these special promises between the two of us.
Have you ever created a smash book? What was the theme of it?
